PERC is a non-profit making organisation based in the heart of Liverpool city centre.

We provide a range of support services for parents and child carers and these include an in-house Nursery and Mobile Toy Library. We also organise Training sessions and our Meeting Room and office facilities are available for hire on request.

We offer information and guidance in all aspects of childcare and are here to help with any enquiries you may have.
